Key Responsibilities

Direct planning and development of spatial activities and current projects

Prepare operational presentations and reports, and conduct meetings with stakeholders

Collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery

Required Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop recommendations

Experience managing projects of varied scope and complexity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAFM software

Knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings and concepts

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
