BLS - Basic Life Support

Job Details

RN with discharge planning experience needed.

Job Requirements

Epic experience required (current or within 6 months)

2 years of Case Management experience

BLS in hand and must be provided with submittal

Compact or GA license.

Prior travel experience required

If the traveler has been remote for the past 6 months, they need to have worked with Epic and Interqual in the last 6 months

Schedule Information

Every other weekend as needed

Unit Specific Information

Patient population : Adults and Geriatrics

Good Communication skills with providers, nursing staff and pt / family. Hours may exceed 8hour a day depending on pt load. CM is typically geographically assigned. Ratio 1 : 25-30.

Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
