Join First Health, a subsidiary of Aetna, as Manager, Account Management, where you will implement processes for sales, account management, and business retention operations for the organization's product and services. In this high impact role, you will design systems to execute Account Management strategy for complex accounts to meet profitable growth. You will also assist in the management of member growth and retention objectives.

What You Will Do :

• Oversee the contract and implementation initiatives for new clients and programs.
• Forecasts changes within the health care industry, conducts business impact assessments, and develops modification strategies with the aid of process improvement.
• Ensures customer / membership retention targets are achieved through the renewal process.
• Coach clients on addressing regulatory issues and health care trends with potential impact on client.
• Determines market capitalization opportunities to drive competitive advantage.
• Constructs complex financial decision recommendations.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training / relevant professional qualifications or experience.

Anticipated Weekly Hours : 40

Time Type : Full time

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $54,300.00 - $145,860.00
