Location : Windsor, CT

Job Type : Full-Time position with a pay range of $20 - 25 / hour.

As a Billing Analyst, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a set number of portfolios on your case load to ensure accuracy of billing. Responsibilities include :

Running weekly Accounts Receivable reports and contacting customers regarding outstanding balances.

Posting changes and adjustments.

Prioritize and execute daily and monthly tasks related to accounts receivables.

Work with Centre Director to ensure proper business billing information is collected and valid.

Quarterly audits to ensure accounts are accurate and up to date.

Maintaining and reconciling subsidy payments and accounts.

Processing refunds as needed.

Coordinating ACH information with customers.

All other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Associate Degree in Finance / Business Administration / related preferred

2 years of customer service experience required

Attention to detail and accuracy and quickly identify problems / solutions

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
