Summary :
The skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medsurg or Telemetry environment operates autonomously, showing a thorough understanding of patient care complexities. You will provide both routine and intricate care according to individualized treatment plans, while continuously enhancing your ability to manage diverse clinical scenarios. You will be responsible for assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to other team members to efficiently navigate clinical situations.

- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and treatment efficacy.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
