Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group has a new 7,400 Sq. Ft office with 10 exam and 2 EMG rooms in Venice, FL, and we are hiring multiple General and Sub-Specialty Neurologists to join our team. All neurologists, including Fellowship-trained in Neuromuscular, Behavioral, and Movement Disorders, are encouraged to apply.

Opportunity Highlights :

• Join 13 Board-Certified general and sub-specialty neurologists in a collegial practice environment.
• Inpatient / Outpatient or Outpatient only positions are available.
• Group has 6 PAs / APRNs providing coverage in the clinic and hospital settings.
• Neurohospitalist coverage is provided at both SMH-Sarasota and SMH-Venice.
• Outpatient services are available in three clinic locations in Sarasota and Venice.
• Hospital has separate Neurology and Stroke inpatient service lines.
• Telestroke coverage is provided by an outside contracted group for nights and weekends for both hospitals.
• Large referral base from the employed physicians in First Physicians Group and from community providers.
• Neurosurgery support for Deep Brain Stimulation treatment.
• Teaching affiliation with Florida State University is available if interested.
