This is a Telecom NOC (Network Operations Center) Technician role with a focus on Mavenir IMS or Ericsson IMS platforms .

Overview
The candidate will perform 24 / 7 NOC monitoring, outage management, troubleshooting, and deployment validation. Leadership and mentoring NOC staff are expected, combining hands-on operations with SME-level guidance.

Telecom / Network Protocols : GSM, UMTS, LTE, IP, MessagingNOC Operations & Outage ManagementOptional / Good-to-Have
Automation tools experienceTroubleshooting bridges / escalations (NCI / ATAC)Serve as SME for IMS / Telecom platforms (Mavenir / Ericsson)Monitor KPIs, alarms, degradations, and escalate issues proactivelyManage outages (localized ? network-wide) and lead troubleshooting bridgesCoordinate maintenance / break-fix activities with internal teams / vendorsSupport capital program deployments with alarm triage and break-fix executionPerform pre- and post-deployment validations to ensure network stabilityWork Schedule and Travel
10-hour shiftsMust be available to lead troubleshooting sessions and handle critical outages outside of regular hoursSeniority level
