Job Description :

This is a Telecom NOC (Network Operations Center) Technician role with a focus on Mavenir IMS or Ericsson IMS platforms .

Long Term Contract

Overview

The candidate will perform 24 / 7 NOC monitoring, outage management, troubleshooting, and deployment validation. Leadership and mentoring NOC staff are expected, combining hands-on operations with SME-level guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 24 / 7 NOC monitoring, outage management, troubleshooting, and deployment validation.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to NOC staff; deliver SME-level guidance.

Mandatory (Must-Have) Qualifications

  • Telecom / Network Protocols : GSM, UMTS, LTE, IP, Messaging
  • NOC Operations & Outage Management
  • Optional / Good-to-Have

  • Automation tools experience
  • Troubleshooting bridges / escalations (NCI / ATAC)
  • Serve as SME for IMS / Telecom platforms (Mavenir / Ericsson)
  • Monitor KPIs, alarms, degradations, and escalate issues proactively
  • Manage outages (localized ? network-wide) and lead troubleshooting bridges
  • Coordinate maintenance / break-fix activities with internal teams / vendors
  • Support capital program deployments with alarm triage and break-fix execution
  • Perform pre- and post-deployment validations to ensure network stability
  • Work Schedule and Travel

  • 10-hour shifts
  • Must be available to lead troubleshooting sessions and handle critical outages outside of regular hours
