Location : Between 10 Group Homes in Bergen County (5-10-minute proximity)

Program Hours : 24 / 7 Program

On-site , P art-time , Scheduling varies upon shift and employee availability, and program needs :

• First shift : 8am-4pm
• Second shift : 4pm-12am
• Third shift : 12pm- 8am

(Ideally looking for 12-16 hours a week; Weekend availability)

Hourly : $21.69 - 23.86

Job Summary :

As a Mental Health Worker in our Residential Program, you will supervise and support individuals suffering with severe and persistent mental illness in attending appointments, transporting to and from the group home, and refilling medication in our 24 / 7 residential facilities. You will coordinate program services, communicate observations and information about clients to appropriate staff, provide verbal counseling and crisis intervention services, and help develop Individual Recovery Plans.
