Weezie is looking for a Production Assistant to support our Creative team in executing photo and video shoots from start to finish. Reporting to the Producer, you’ll be responsible for the behind-the-scenes details that keep productions running smoothly—from prepping product samples and organizing props to coordinating logistics and tracking assets.

This role is highly operational and detail-oriented : you’ll manage shoot schedules and shot lists, handle deliveries and on-set needs, and maintain our asset libraries. What you’ll do :

• Support the Producer and Creative team on photo and video shoots from prep through wrap
• Gather, organize, and track props and styling items; manage returns post-shoot
• Organize and prep product samples for photography (unpack, steam, label, track)
• Assist in creating and maintaining shot lists, shoot decks, and production schedules
• Coordinate logistics for shoots (deliveries, supplies, catering, on-set needs)
• Support asset management post-shoot : review proofs, make selects, label, upload, and archive files
• Maintain bulk asset libraries (Brandfolder, hard drives, shared folders) to ensure accurate tagging and easy retrieval
• Help with cross-functional communication between creative, merchandising, and operations teams
• Troubleshoot day-of needs on set and provide hands-on support with styling, setup, and breakdown
