Key Responsibilities

Architect and execute enterprise business strategies aligned with IT and operational goals

Lead the configuration and optimization of Salesforce and Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud to support business outcomes

Develop change management frameworks and define KPIs to measure success of business architecture initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business architecture, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in business architecture or enterprise strategy roles

Experience with Salesforce AI Agents and Bullhorn Automation

Proven success in aligning business architecture with enterprise application strategies

Demonstrated leadership in change management and process transformation
