The Company Our Client is a luxury experiential agency and they are looking for an Account Director to join their team on a FT basis.

The Role

The Account Director will be responsible for driving strategy, client management and company growth. They will act as the main point of contact for the client to ensure the successful execution of all experiential projects. The Account Director will work collaboratively across company departments to ensure all deliverables are meeting the client's goals and expectations.

Key responsibilities will include :

  • Leading the Accounts team to ensure all creative, strategic and design deliverables are in line with the client's goals and expectations and in line with company brand guidelines
  • Managing the day to day client and customer relationships and communications
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams (both on-site and remotely)
  • Managing workflow across company departments (creative, strategy, production, accounts)
  • Identifying and understanding objectives for key clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiating and securing contracts, vendors, suppliers
  • Tracking and managing budgets, schedules, deliverables and project timelines
  • Managing all documentation and assets related to the account including creative, briefs, bids, files and decks
  • Undertake extensive reporting with clients post event to ensure ROI
  • Reports to VP

This Job is Ideal for Someone who has

  • Proven experience in account management and client management within the experiential, events and brand experience space. Senior Account Manager level and above.
  • Agency experience required
  • Client focused mindset
  • Exceptional experience managing, writing and responding to Client briefs and RFPs
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders including production, technical, digital, marketing and creative teams
  • Proven experience being the voice for the company and maintaining exceptional client relationships
  • Proven experience working with multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Strong strategic financial oversight over budgets, revenue, profitability
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for events and marketing and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure agency environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Strong desire to work with a fun, creative and entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events
  • Local and interstate travel may be required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 + benefits annually, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
