• BE / BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Full or part-time schedule
• The clinic is located in a predominantly Hispanic and Polish community; Bilingual English / Spanish or English / Polish is required
• Clinic hours are M-F 8a-5p with rotating call among providers
• Cover one Saturday every four weeks working from 9a to 2p
• See patients 18 years and older
• Family Medicine providers can choose with or without OB coverage
