The Room Attendant (RA) ensures guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and meet Sonesta's G.U.E.S.T standards. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing replenishing amenities, and addressing guest requests. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, handling lost and found items, and assisting with laundry and deep cleaning as needed.
