Job Description & Requirements Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $376.36 - $407.40 This facility is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity : Call & requirements : Home call required 1–2 times per week; physician must be available for a full-time week per month, including weeknight and weekend call; all call is home call Supervision vs independent : Cases are performed with a CRNA during the day and on call; physician may be personally performing portions of cases EMR : Epic Certifications required : Board Certification required; ACLS and BLS required; Epic experience must be included on presentation Number of operating rooms : 1 dedicated cardiac OR per day License required or accepting IMLC : Active Wisconsin license preferred; IMLC status TBD Facility Location Situated along the Fox River in Wisconsin, Appleton is home to Lawrence University.
