To take a lead role on all aspects of removals, collections, deliveries and installations of personal effects, art and antiques under the management of immediate operations and dispatch supervisor. Coordinate and take charge of the installations whilst managing crews on site.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High school diploma / GED required.
• Three to five years of experience in the art handling industry and in packing and driving on a local and interstate basis
• Three to five years of logistical, warehousing and moving experience
• An excellent and full comprehensive understanding of inventory processes and the ability to handle art and antiques from collection through to installation.
• The ability to lead an installation and manage an on-site crew.
• The ability to manage installations and train junior art handlers accordingly.
• The ability to work as part of a team, as well as working independently under instruction.
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and multitasking skills
• Fluency in both English & Spanish is a Plus
• Ability to accurately execute detailed paperwork and condition reporting.
• Team player, able to work with all levels of staff in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable in a results-driven workplace
• Experience with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, J-bars, dollies and other standard logistics equipment
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds and assist in the movement of objects of substantial size and weight without damage to object or person, including the ability to push and pull 150 pounds on a dolly or cart
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, crouch, twist and reach overhead.
