Job Title : VP of Revenue Operations

Location : On Site – Newport Beach, CA

Salary : $180,000–$250,000 + Bonus + Stock

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing merchant relationships
  • Lead the adoption and integration of company solutions into merchant operations
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure merchant success
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s presence in key markets
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team focused on revenue and growth

Must‑Have Skills

  • Hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce merchants or brand partnerships, or merchant acquisition experience (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce)
  • Strong background in revenue operations, sales, and growth leadership in SMB SaaS
  • Ability to understand product integrations and communicate value to merchants
  • Proven GTM experience selling and onboarding merchants / brands
  • Experience selling and supporting SaaS or tech tools for merchants

    • Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Experience with AI, SaaS, or other high‑growth tech solutions
  • Exposure to international markets or global sales expansion
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, startup, or high‑growth environments
