This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. As part of the Early Career Recruiting team, you will help build strong relationships with targeted universities and students throughout the country, communicating our mission and vision through campus visits, communications, and other events. You'll partner with stakeholders and manage on-site and off-site logistics for university engagement, including student engineering competitions. You'll evaluate candidates for opportunities and support students through the recruiting and selection process. You'll collect and analyze programmatic data, assess effectiveness, and recommend new connections and improvements. You'll answer queries promptly with a high attention to detail and professionalism. You'll be a valued team member, sharing in the team's impact on all aspects of early career development!

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination, public speaking, and / or recruiting to include setting strategy and using tools to capture data, report metrics, and improve program effectiveness.
• Ability to travel throughout the year, especially during fall recruiting seasons.
• Ability to adapt to rapid change in daily responsibilities to organizational change.
• Ability to earn trust and maintain positive and professional relationships.

Desired

Compensation Range for WA applicants is $108,795.00-$152,311.95. Other site ranges may differ.

Required for certain job profiles : Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and / or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including : Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation / shipping training.
