About The Position

ID : 73623245 Shift : 12 hr nights+call Description : We have an immediate need for : ICU Nurse + Call CERTS : ACLS and BLS certs MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO Med Surg (if needed) EMR : Meditech 6.0 experience preferred Call : Will be required to take some call shifts 24 hours in duration 1. 3 days cx clause in 13 week contract 2. There will be an added call requirement with contract 3. No more then 3 days off RTO requests per contract Additional Information : 1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE

• We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital. 3) RTO : No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract 4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply Position Start Billing string = Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center Guaranteed Hours : 36 Contract Weeks : 91
