Warehouse Operator / CDL Truck Driver

Pay : $27.00 per hour

Shift & Working Hours : 40 Shift; 7 : 30AM to 4 : 00PM; Weekends / Overtime / Holidays as needed.

In this role, youll be a key member of our Land OLakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. Youll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound / outbound deliveries, packing / loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. Youll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. This role also requires a CDL-A and driving for customer deliveries when needed for business demands.

Key Responsibilities (Warehouse Operator) :

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
