Job descriptionCommunicate production information to the Line Leader and fellow Operators. Performs all duties in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner as instructed by the Line Leader. Verifies that the correct material is being consumed at the production line according to the Build of Materials. Identify and record acceptable and defective products. Assembles, inspects, and cleans solar modules per work instructions. Operate and conduct continuous monitoring of automated machinery. Perform continuity testing using a meter. Connect cables and wires to complete assemblies and installations. Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions to ensure product quality. Clean machines, tools, and equipment. Other duties or tasks as assigned by leadership. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals, and instructions. Ability to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work overtime and / or flexible shift hours when required. Pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay : $18 per hour
Night Shift Differential : +10%
Schedule :
- Shifts : Day (6 am–6 pm) / Night (6 pm–6 am)
- Rotation : 12-hour shifts, alternating between 4-on / 3-off and 3-on / 4-off cycles
3-on / 4-off : Work Sunday–Tuesday, off Wednesday–Saturday
4-on / 3-off : Work Sunday–Wednesday, off Thursday–Saturday
