Key Responsibilities
Lead executive escalation and resolution management for high-risk customer relationships
Define engagement frameworks and oversee customer value re-establishment through assessments and recovery plans
Champion internal advocacy for customer needs and mentor team members on risk mitigation and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of customer-facing leadership experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services within an enterprise SaaS environment
5+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams
Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar escalations with successful outcomes
Expertise in structuring complex situations and designing scalable processes
Deep understanding of financial and performance metrics relevant to the customer base
