Contract Technical Recruiter
Prestige Staffing is seeking an ambitious and experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support our Dallas, Texas office. This role will be a 3 month contract with potential to support our team longer. Position : IT Recruiter
Put people to work!Consult and prioritize with internal team on clients hiring needsBuild and maintain relationships with existing and new candidatesSource, contact, and screen passive and active candidatesQualify and disqualify candidates during phone calls and virtual meetingsPrep candidates for interviews as well as brief and debrief post-interviewDeliver job offers and negotiate terms of employmentParticipate in networking groups and other business programs to generate passive IT candidatesUtilize Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to track and monitor progress and activityCollaborate with a team to develop best practices in the industryDesired Skills & Experience
