What You Will Do :

• Accountable for Job Site Clean-up Returns, Daily Returns and RMA / RGA's
• Correspond with Sales Writers for restock % and accurate credit to Customers
• Responsible for keeping the Warehouse In Process / Status queues clear and compliant with End of Month guidelines
• Primary responder and problem solver for Return emails, with a response time of 1 hour
• Work with Counter Team to facilitate timely and accurate return of cancelled orders and counter returns
• Complete weekly performance reviews of Associates using data driven metrics
• Actively engaged within warehouse, providing on call mentorship and problem solving for Associates
• Lead by example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on positively motivating, training, and uplifting of Associates
• Maintain and cultivate a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety policies and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
