    The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis with a focus on the mortgage sector. The successful candidate will be a senior professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in finance, FP&A, or analytics, and a proven track record of career progression. This role is pivotal in providing in-depth financial analysis and support to the mortgage organization, leading the forecasting cycle, and ensuring the alignment of performance with strategic goals. The SVP will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving the review of financial results, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, as well as engaging with key stakeholders across the business. Applicants must have a BS in a related field, with an MBA and / or CFA being a plus, and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, communication abilities, and a strong aptitude for influencing and building relationships. The role requires a deep understanding of the mortgage business, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a results-oriented approach with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hyperion, and other financial tools is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, risk management, and have a strong background in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
