We are looking for an energetic, reliable Sales Counselor to join our growing team in Round Rock.

This position will be responsible for :

• Receiving and making telephone calls, answering inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments with prospective residents / families
• Completing and recording all traffic / guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes, and performing follow-up in a prompt and consistent manner.
• Touring the community and model residences
• Responsible for resident lease file set-up for the Executive Director's approval.
• Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends, and completing and reviewing market survey information.
