NEW Real Estate Transactional Attorney

A boutique real estate law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters. This role will involve working with a wide range of clients including investors, developers, and corporate tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and closing documents
• Review title, survey, zoning, and environmental reports
• Coordinate and manage closings for real estate acquisitions and financings
• Advise clients on 1031 exchanges, land use, and regulatory issues
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel to resolve issues

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license with the Massachusetts Bar
• 3+ years of experience in real estate law, ideally in a transactional setting
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
