Position Overview : As a Medical On-Site Courier, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for transporting medical specimens from various locations to our laboratory facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of these specimens, which directly impact the lives of patients awaiting diagnosis and treatment.

Pay Rate : $24.00 per hour. We also provide mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities The position is responsible for transporting patient specimens within a prearranged route in a medical facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned or requested :

• Transport medical items including specimen, and sensitive and confidential documents.
• Picks up and delivers the applicable items to the correct destinations in a timely manner and based on routing specifications.
• Interacts with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintains accurate and legible delivery records and obtains customer signatures where applicable.
• Communicates with dispatch and management when there are delays with delivers, delivery status changes, etc.

Required Skills

PHYSICAL STANDARDS :
