The Senior Director Program Management is responsible for leading the execution, management, and strategy of Prime's strategic 340B program. Working with senior leadership and other Prime departments, this role defines and drives comprehensive, cross-functional program strategy in support of Prime's strategic and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and / or participate in strategic cross-functional committees to define strategy and align the direction for the programs supporting the design and execution of Prime's long-term objectives.
• Drive cross-functional execution of program strategies, provide thought leadership and ensuring alignment on overall strategy across teams.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team responsible for management of the program.
• Manage vendor or key partner relationships, including contractual results, go-to-market strategies, and strategic interactions.
• Lead the identification, development, implementation and change management of process improvements and key enhancements for program management processes and tools.
• Act as the key escalation point for issues related to assigned programs, including representing Prime in internal and external executive communications.
