Senior Art Director (Timberland)

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Brand Creative, you are in a leadership role focused on the visual strategy and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are impactful and aligned with the brand's overall vision and energy. This position is located at our Headquarters in Stratham, NH.

• Art Director : Responsible for the overall visual direction and aesthetic of all branded content, ensuring they are visually compelling and effective
• GTM (Go-To-Market) : Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of launching a product or service into the market, encompassing everything from pre-launch marketing to post-launch support

Additionally, while formal education a bachelor's degree in a relevant field like art, design, marketing, advertising, graphic design, or communications or related fields is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements in creative roles (perhaps starting as a graphic designer, photographer, or other creative position) and your strong portfolio.

The foundational skills you will need in this position are :

Strong knowledge of the Adobe suite and all current tools

Hiring Range :

$88,000.00 USD - $110,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
