Position Overview : Speech-Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide engaging evidence-based speech and language therapy

Collaborate with families and caregivers to support consistent progress

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure whole-child care

What Were Looking For

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current (or pending) California SLP license CFs strongly encouraged to apply

Strong communicator with a passion for working with children

Excellent documentation and organizational skills

Experience with EHR systems is a plus

Bonus Points For

Bilingual English / Spanish

Experience supporting children with developmental delays or special needs

Interest in leadership mentorship or supervisory roles
