Columbia Flexible Schedule , Hybrid

Healthcare Recruiters International is sourcing a licensed therapist for a thriving, therapist-owned outpatient group practice in Missouri. This practice specializes in trauma- and anxiety-informed care and provides inclusive, affirming treatment to individuals of all gender identities and backgrounds.

Position Highlights

Clinical Responsibilities :

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to a caseload of approximately 100+ clients / month (paid sessions only)
  • Deliver trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and measurement-based care
  • Utilize modalities such as EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, IFS, and ERP
  • Participate in monthly clinical consultation groups (e.g., CPT or ERP)
  • Maintain timely, comprehensive documentation in the EHR
  • Stay engaged in best practices through ongoing clinical development

Schedule & Structure :

  • Fully flexible scheduling within daytime availability
  • 30-minute weekly team check-ins on Mondays
  • Monthly team meeting replaces one weekly check-in
  • Optional weekly clinical office hours for support
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

    Required :

  • Missouri licensure : LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Experience in outpatient psychotherapy
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices
  • Excellent documentation and organization
  • Preferred :

  • Training or certification in TF-CBT, EMDR, CPT, ERP, ACT, or IFS
  • Experience working with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, and gender identity-related challenges
  • Familiarity with measurement-based care

    Professional Development :

  • Comprehensive CPT training provided within 60 days if not already certified
