Your Role

As the Director of Health & Wellness , you will oversee the clinical and care services for the community. You'll lead a team of licensed nurses, care managers, and support staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care and service in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards. Through leadership, communication, and compassion, you will foster a culture of clinical excellence and resident-centered care.

Position Highlights

• Status : Full Time
• Schedule : 40 hours per week, one MOD shift per month, and on-call as required
• Location : 2600 Windhaven Parkway, Lewisville, TX 75056
• Rate of Pay : $85,000–$90,000 annually (Exempt – Salaried)
