2nd Shift Machine Operator – Entry-Level Opportunity

$16.00–$16.50 / hr | Full-Time | Hands-On Work with Room to Grow

We’re hiring Machine Operators to join a leading automotive supplier. You’ll help run robotic welding stations and assist with light assembly tasks. No manufacturing experience? That’s okay—we provide training and support every step of the way.

Schedule :

2nd Shift – Ideal if you need your mornings free or prefer working later in the day.

1 ST Shift - Available although mostly 2nd shift needs currently.

What You’ll Do :

• Operate and monitor robotic welding machines
• Perform light assembly of automotive components
• Inspect parts for quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot small machine issues and assist with basic maintenance

What We’re Looking For :

Reliable and ready to learn

Good attention to detail

No previous manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic

Someone that is willing to work in the HEAT !
