Key Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle across restaurant partners and diners, enhancing retention and advocacy
Build automated nurture sequences and improve onboarding and activation processes
Analyze churn data and implement proactive retention campaigns for at-risk segments
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in B2B / B2C lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing
4+ years of direct management experience
Proven record of improving pipeline conversion, activation, and retention in SaaS or marketplace environments
Strong understanding of high-velocity SMB or mid-market SaaS funnels ($10K-$50K ACV)
Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Marketo, Braze, or HubSpot
