Job descriptionFull medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off after eligibility period Reliable late-model equipment Minimum age 21 with valid CDL-A matching state of residence Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years No major preventable accidents or rollovers in the past 5 years No DUI in a commercial vehicle ever and none within 5 years Current DOT physical with at least 90 days remaining Must pass urine and hair drug screens Regional freight with consistent miles and dependable home time Predictable pay structure with steady freight across the Northwest and Mountain West Supportive dispatch and consistent weekly scheduling

Job Details
- Lane type : Regional multi-stop deliveries (Dry Van)
- Average weekly miles : 2,150
- Average weekly pay : $1,500
- Top 10% earn : Up to $1,700 weekly or $85,000 annually
- Pay range : $0.63–$0.71 CPM based on experience
- Stop pay : $20 per stop (average 18 stops per week)
- Detention pay : $20 per hour after 2 hours, up to 10 hours
- Home time : Out 2 weeks, home 2 days
