A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Representative I, Part Time - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels

Perform basic member service transactions and account maintenance tasks

Identify member needs, offer solutions, and recommend additional products and services

Required Qualifications

1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in service and sales goals

Basic understanding of financial products and services

Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Genuine interest in helping members and a professional demeanor
