Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to summarize complex incidents and develop corrective plans
Provide results and recommendations for improvement to management
Lead business process improvement initiatives and maintain process documentation
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree - Required
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
3 years of experience equivalent to the role - Required
3 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the applicable degree
Experience managing projects is required
