Electrical Designer

Base pay range

$85,000.00 / yr - $115,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) in the design and documentation of electrical systems across multiple project types, including K-12 schools, higher education, commercial, and office buildings
• Produce and coordinate lighting, power, fire alarm, and low-voltage system designs
• Develop and maintain design and drafting documents using Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, and AutoCAD
• Assist with job site investigations and occasional client communications as directed.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork , mentoring junior CAD / BIM staff and ensuring design accuracy and compliance with applicable codes.
• Maintain organized project documentation and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
