Mechanical Assembler
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling tabletop machines by following detailed instructions. You will work across four different stations, each performing distinct steps in the assembly process. Additionally, you will assist the spare parts team by picking parts, bagging, kitting, and preparing them for shipment. When needed, you will support the picking department using an iPad and order forms. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality, as the tasks can be repetitive.
Responsibilities
Assemble tabletop machines by following detailed work instructions.
Work across four stations, handling different steps in the assembly process.
Assist the spare parts team in picking, bagging, kitting, and shipping parts.
Support the picking department by pulling orders using an iPad and order forms.
Ensure quality results by maintaining attention to detail.
Essential Skills
6 months+ of manufacturing experience
6 months+ of assembly experience
Mechanical aptitude
Strong desire to learn
Ability to work as a team player in a small shop environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with kitting and general labor
Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure

Work Environment
Work in a mostly clean environment, although you may handle some greasy parts. The work is performed independently on concrete floors equipped with anti-fatigue mats. The first shift runs from 5 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.

This is a contract to hire position based out of New Brighton, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
