• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Monitor and assess infant health and vital signs to identify changes in condition.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Educate and support families to understand their newborns condition and care needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
