Reservations Agent

A company is looking for a Reservations Agent to join their Guest Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

Maximize revenue opportunities through the sale of ancillary products and services

Handle guest communications via various channels while adhering to company standards

Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction through timely follow-up

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug testing and background screening

Must be computer savvy and able to adapt to new programs

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
