Head of Sales – Program Ace

We are currently looking for a Head of Sales for Program Ace.

We are now expanding into new industries and looking for a Head of Sales who will help clients discover new opportunities for growth through innovative technologies and ready‑made products.

To achieve results, you will need :

• 5+ years of experience in sales and / or business development leadership roles within a successful mid‑size IT engineering services company;
• Proven track record of sales achievements;
• Experience with product‑based or ready‑made solutions;
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and ability to coach and lead teams;
• Strategic thinking with hands‑on problem‑solving and multitasking skills;
• Advanced English (spoken and written);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Creative, growth‑hacking mindset.
