Key Responsibilities of a BCBA at Eyas Landing

Implement evidence-based interventions, including applied behavior analysis, behavior modification, and management.

Provide caregiver training , case management , and RBT supervision .

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans.

Utilize a compassionate care approach to support the unique needs of neurodivergent children.

Educate families and team members to ensure effective strategies are carried out across environments.

BCBA Schedule and Location

Set Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 10 AM - 6 : 30 PM; Friday, 9 AM - 5 : 30 PM.

Set Location : 1409 W. Carroll Ave., Chicago, IL.

BCBA Education and Qualifications

Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .

Master's degree is required.

8-hour Supervision Completed.

Experience working with neurodivergent children is preferred but not required.
