MALE CAREGIVER NEEDED WEEKLY - ADL MALE PATIENT

We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate MALE CAREGIVER to assist a wonderful MALE PATIENT who resides in West Los Angeles.

MUST HAVE ADL EXPERIENCE. Patient also has Light Dementia. You will be driving the patient around for errands, shopping, appointments and fresh air.

SHIFT:
Monday through Friday
8:00AM - 8:00PM

DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
*Companionship
*All ADL assistance
*Meal Preparation
*Medication Reminders
*Driving Patient (appointments, shopping, fresh air, etc.)

MUST HAVES (No Exceptions):
*At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
*ADL Experience
*Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance (showing you are a covered driver)
*Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*Current TB Test Results
*COVID Vaccination Card
*Second Form of ID Compliant with I-9 (Social Security Card, US Passport, Permanent Resident Card, etc.)
