As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As the Program Management Lead for the GenAI and Shorts Creation team, you will be at the epicenter of an innovative, rapidly changing organization within YouTube, driving critical initiatives impacting one of the company's highest priorities. You will be a leader who will work in a dynamic environment, adeptly managing an ecosystem of internal and external dependencies. You will work with a set of stakeholders, from engineers, product managers, designers, researchers, to executive leadership and external partners, to ensure alignment and execution on key priorities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management in software engineering.
• 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports, managing, and developing team of program managers.
• Experience with the end-to-end software development life cycle (e.g., build, test, and release).
