Sales Associate / Team Member

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with age verification and legal requirements.
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers to increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing tasks such as deep cleaning high-use restrooms, wiping down and sanitizing gas pumps, and taking out the trash.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full.
• Maintain a clean and organized store by sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
