OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated\n\nProcedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit : Adults, generally patients that arrive through the ER, Mixed Medical / Surgical along with cardiac and stroke patients\n\nEquipment Used on Unit : Code Carts, LUCAS Machines, hoyer lift, Sit and Stand\n\nUnit / Facility Details : Beds : 28\n\nShift & Scheduling : \n 6 week scheduling. Scheduling is done by unit schedulers\n Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend\n Holiday Requirements : Will rotate with perm staff\n\nFloating Requirements : Med / Surg and to all areas in the hospital, depending on abilities, including ICU / ED for appropriate types of patient care\n\nEligibility as Current / Previous Employee : Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.\n\n7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1. - 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n
- Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.\n
- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.\n\nRequirements\n
- Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission).\n
- This role may require floating to additional units and locations\n
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >
50 miles from facility to be submitted.\n
