Base pay range

$38,000.00 / yr - $45,800.00 / yr

Responsibilities

The Fulfillment Coordinator contributes to administration of care management and provides non-clinical support to assess and address members\' needs to achieve and / or maintain optimal wellness. Responsibilities include guiding members / families toward and facilitating interaction with resources appropriate for members\' care and wellbeing. The role performs basic administrative / clerical / operational / customer support tasks and typically works on routine and patterned assignments. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities, and timing, with supervision and / or adherence to established policies / practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• 1-2 years of Microsoft Office technical experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
