Scope
The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and will be responsible for achieving the monthly and annual operating plan for the site, as defined by the financial and operational performance metrics set for the business unit. This position has direct oversight of the Production Supervisors in Machining & Assembly, Warehouse, Purchasing, Planning and the Manufacturing Engineering functions. Working with peers on the site management team, this position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices to drive comprehensive cultural change and business excellence.
