Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager (SSM I), the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) in the OAH General Jurisdiction (GJ) Division is responsible for a wide spectrum of clerical and administrative duties in order to support the Supervising Administrative Law Judges (Sup ALJs) and Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).The work requires knowledge of the administrative adjudicatory process, applicable state statutes and regulations, and legal procedures and practices related to case management of administrative hearings.

This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
